Excelente ubicación, magnífico servicio, hotel boutique, con muy buenas vista a ha la bahía de cancha, ubicada en la zona vieja donde están las mayoría de las atracciones y bares y restaurantes. El puerto y el acuario.

Lovely hotel, with good views of the harbor though looks like some of them are marred by a large, old style TV antenna. Easy access to Old Town without being in the crush and noise of high season on the streets. But it’s distant from pretty much everything else in the city. The city is very walkable but it will take time to get there. Comfortable and modern. Clean. Quiet. Nice bathroom. Pricey, though. Contrary to our experience in most of the country, the front office staff was not particularly warm or welcoming, though email support etc prior to arrival was excellent. Did not try the in house restaurant. Would stay again.

This hotel is really bad, especially for the price. The room wasn't cleaned or maintained well (dust, black gunk around shower cubicle, shower water doesn't drain, dirty glasses/mirrors/towel rail, brown marks on one of the bath towels). They're mean with amenities e.g. one small complimentary water was provided on check in, but never replaced, they provide a mini pack of Kleenex rather than a normal size box, and this was never replaced. One receptionist was nice but others we encountered were unfriendly.

Really well located hotel, right by the harbour and old town. We had the stunning sea view room which I would highly recommend. Staff were nice and friendly and the convenience of parking (fee of €30/night) at the hotel (entry to the car park is a false wall!), however they will park your car for you. The hotel is newly refurbished and very sleek and comfortable. The room is lovely but at peak season very expensive. There are no breakfast options included in our room rate but available at an extra cost, however I would thoroughly recommend Maiatza which is a few minutes walk away. The only thing I’d say be aware of was that when we stayed (July) the Fiestas del Carmen was on for 4 days. One of the main stages is right outside the hotel, so unless you want to hear music until 4am then I’d suggest staying here at a different time or try a hotel in a quieter location. In hindsight we should’ve done our research first and the hotel did give us a warning (and ear plugs) but we only knew about it a few days prior and unfortunately couldn’t relocate or cancel at that point.

What a great hotel, tucked away on the side of the old town in San Sebastian. Fabulous views over the bay, and a quiet spot to enjoy. 8 of us parked motorcycles in a fabulous underground car park beneath the hotel, access by a hidden vehicle lift! Wonderful welcome, lovely staff, and great beers in the bar. We had dinner very nearby in old town, and a really good night's sleep. Rooms were very high quality, comfortable and spacious, with a great bathroom too. Breakfast was excellent, with fresh Spanish tortilla. I can't recommend this highly enough, what a fabulous location in San Sebastian!
